Diane Holbert

Diane Holbert, CTP, currently serves as Partner Relationships Director at Early Warning® since April 2024, having previously held the role of Sr. Partner Relationships Manager. Prior to this, Diane was a Partner Sales Manager at PaymentWorks from June 2022 to April 2023, where responsibilities included combating B2B fraud and ensuring regulatory compliance through automated vendor management. Diane's experience at Pacific Western Bank from August 2019 to June 2022 involved roles as VP, Treasury Sales and Services Officer, and VP, Relationship Manager. Additionally, Diane served as Treasurer for Douglas County from December 2010 to March 2020, managing a $275 million investment portfolio and handling tax collections. Diane also held the position of Commissioner, focusing on budget management and strategic financial growth. Earlier in Diane's career, roles at MetLife as Regional Manager included responsibilities in underwriting and risk management. Diane holds a degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Colorado Denver, attained between 1983 and 1987.
