Eric Smith

Eric Smith is a highly innovative and dynamic executive leader with over 25 years of experience in Cybersecurity, Technology Risk Management, and Third Party Risk Management within the Financial Services Industry. In September 2025, Eric became the Chief Technology Risk Officer at Early Warning | Zelle | Paze, based in New York City. Prior to this role, Eric served as the U.S. Chief Information Security Officer for TD Bank and has held various cybersecurity leadership positions at firms such as JPMorgan Chase, Citi, and Bank of America. Additionally, Eric is actively involved in the community, currently serving as the Vice Chairman of the Board for the Delaware Community Reinvestment Action Council and as a Financial Services representative on the Delaware Cybersecurity Advisory Council. Eric earned a B.S. in Computer Science from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and an MBA in Information Technology from the University of Delaware.
