Eric Taylor is an accomplished UX Research professional with extensive experience in leading research initiatives across various companies. Currently serving as the Lead UX Researcher for Zelle®️ at Early Warning® since December 2023, Eric has previously held significant positions such as Director of UX Research at Qapital and Varo Bank, and Lead UX Researcher at JPMorgan Chase & Co. where Eric built the first dedicated UX Research team for the Chase mobile app. Eric's expertise includes conducting generative and evaluative research, usability testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user experiences. With a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of California, Berkeley, Eric has contributed to major projects at Lyft, eBay, Bill.com, and various freelance endeavors.
