Jeff Gerke

Jeff Gerke is a seasoned technology operations manager with extensive experience in directing technical operations and incident management. Since July 2016, Jeff has worked at Early Warning®, first as a team lead managing network operations and then as a technology operations manager, focusing on optimizing resource allocation to meet service level metrics. Prior to this role, Jeff served as a Tier 2 technical support specialist at Asurion, providing assistance for cellular networks and devices, and worked at Bank of America from 2005 to 2010, where responsibilities included developing training materials and supporting software integration for mortgage systems. Jeff's career also includes experience as an underwriter at L&G Mortgagebanc, approving loans per regulatory guidelines. Jeff holds a Master's degree in Information Management from Arizona State University.
