Jeff Harmon

Jeff Harmon has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Jeff is currently working at Early Warning as the Principal Enterprise Security Architect since May 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Principal Application Security Architect at Early Warning from November 2018 to July 2022. Before joining Early Warning, Jeff worked at Zions Bancorporation for a significant period. Jeff served as the Sr. Information Security Architect from September 2015 to November 2018, where they collaborated with various teams to design security controls. Jeff also worked as a Sr. Applications Architect from October 2011 to September 2015, a Solutions Architect from October 2007 to October 2011, and as a Sr. Web Developer from February 1993 to October 2007.

Jeff Harmon earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from Brigham Young University from 1996 to 2000. In addition, they have obtained various certifications including GIAC Cloud Security Automation (GCSA) from GIAC Certifications in March 2022, AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate and AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in July 2020, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from (ISC)² in January 2018, and ITIL Foundation from Propoint Solutions in April 2014. Jeff also holds a Gitlab Certified Security Specialist certification, although the date of obtaining this certification is not provided.
