Jeff Summers is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in enterprise architecture and technology management. Currently serving as Lead Enterprise Architect at Early Warning® since January 2024, Jeff establishes and maintains governance programs and architecture frameworks. Previously, as Principal Enterprise Architect at Bank of the West from March 2020 to December 2023, Jeff implemented a technology business management program that reduced technology debt by 35%. At Wells Fargo, from May 2002 to March 2020, Jeff led the architectural governance program and contributed to significant projects in the Wholesale Banking sector. Jeff’s early career at Motorola involved strategic technology leadership and management roles, culminating in experience as Senior Enterprise Architect. Jeff holds a BS and AAS in Accounting from Brigham Young University and Brigham Young University - Idaho, respectively, and has dedicated a part of the career to baseball writing as a Baseball Epistemologist for Diary of a Diehard since March 1998.
