Joy Thames, AAP, AFPP has extensive experience in the banking and financial services industry. Currently serving as the Network Integrity Rules & Compliance Manager at Early Warning® since July 2025, Joy has held key positions at various institutions including Manager I of Payment Operations at Desert Financial Credit Union and Payment Operations Manager at Transact Bank N.A. Prior to these roles, Joy worked as the Lead Electronic Banking Tech at Canvas Credit Union and as a Deposit Operations Specialist at CoBiz Financial Inc. In the earlier career stage, Joy was a Branch Supervisor at TCF Bank, demonstrating strong sales skills and leadership.
