Matt Kleinman

Matt Kleinman, Ph.D., is a global talent executive with significant experience in talent management and organizational effectiveness. Currently serving as the Vice President and Head of Talent at Early Warning®, Kleinman focuses on talent acquisition, management, and learning development. Previously, they held leadership roles at Goldman Sachs, Gartner, and New York Life Insurance Company, where they specialized in executive talent assessments, performance management, and diversity initiatives. Kleinman also contributed as a consultant at BTS and advised a health tech startup on engagement and retention strategies. They earned their Ph.D. from Columbia University in the City of New York.
