Rachel Avery is a Senior Technical Writer at Early Warning® since July 2022, bringing extensive experience in technical writing and content creation. Previous roles include Content Writer at Chegg Inc., where Rachel crafted HR and training materials, and Senior Technical Writer at the University of Chicago IT Services, leading a knowledge base improvement project.
