Riyad Kalla

Riyad Kalla is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and product management. Currently serving as Head of Engineering at Early Warning® since January 2023, Riyad previously held the position of VP of Engineering at Prosper Marketplace, where a significant organizational transformation was undertaken. Other notable roles include Digital Services Expert at the United States Digital Service, where recruitment was highly selective, and various leadership positions at PayPal, culminating in the role of Director, Global Consumer Credit. Additionally, Riyad founded The Buzz Media, LLC, a media network achieving one million unique visitors per month, and significantly contributed to the development efforts of MyEclipse & MyEclipse Blue IDE at Genuitec, LLC. An alumnus of the University of Arizona with a BS in Computer Science, Riyad possesses strong skills in leadership, international collaboration, and technical innovation.
