Jono Herman

Jono Herman is a Co-Founder at Earlywork, where the focus is on creating a pioneering tech sales bootcamp in APAC that operates on a pay-after-you-land-a-job model. Since 2022, Jono has also been an Investor at Ultraviolet Ventures, collaborating with a syndicate of community builders and content creators. Previous experience includes participating in AirTree’s Explorer program, serving as a Senior Sales Associate at Una Brands, and holding positions as an Investment Analyst at Bailador Technology Investments, Sales Strategy Associate at Amazon Web Services, and Business Development Manager at Rocket Internet SE. Jono's educational background includes dual degrees in Commerce and Information Systems, with concentrations in Finance and Marketing from UNSW.
