Meetesh Karia

Meetesh Karia has over 20 years of professional work experience. Meetesh began their career in 1997 as a Software Development Intern at Microsoft. In 1999, they joined Trilogy as a Sr. Developer, where they worked on individual-level software development and led a small team of developers on a complex portion of a project. In 2005, they moved to B-Side Entertainment, Inc. as Lead Developer. In 2010, they were appointed Chief Technology Officer at Thinktiv. In 2020, they joined Spot Insurance as an Advisor. In 2022, they were appointed Advisory Board Member at 1848 Ventures, backed by Westfield. In 2023, they were appointed Chief Technology Officer at Earnest. In their most recent role at The Zebra, they serve as Chief Data Officer and Chief Technology Officer, where they are responsible for anything technical related to building the next-generation insurance comparison engine.

Meetesh Karia attended Palm Bay High School from 1992 to 1995. Meetesh then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Math from Duke University, graduating in 1999.
