Scarlett Lee

Scarlett Lee is the current Head of Lending Products at Earnest. Scarlett has also worked as an MBA Intern in Business Development at ABRA, a Vice President in Investment Banking/Capital Markets at Wells Fargo Securities, and an Associate Director in Investment Banking/Debt Capital Markets at Standard Chartered Bank. Prior to that, they worked as an Associate in Debt Capital Markets, Global Capital Financing at HSBC Global Banking and Markets.

Scarlett Lee holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, as well as an exchange in Banking and Finance from the National University of Singapore. Scarlett also has a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Fudan University and a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Finance from the School of Management at Fudan University.

They are on a team with John Coburn - Head of Legal, Jason Williams - COO, and Mike Horowitz - Chief Product Officer. Their manager is David Green, CEO.
