Adam Noah

Adam Noah serves as the Vice President and Head of Government Relations & Public Policy at EarnIn since January 2024, leading strategy and advocacy for the financial technology sector. Previously, Adam held the position of Senior Director of Public Policy at Core Scientific from May 2022 to November 2023. Adam's experience also includes serving as the Head of Government Affairs & Public Policy for North America at S&P Global, and as Senior Vice President of Congressional Relations at the American Bankers Association from December 2012 to August 2019. Additional roles include Vice President of Federal Affairs at the American Property Casualty Insurance Association and Financial Counsel for the United States Senate. Adam began a career in government relations as Counsel for the United States House of Representatives and an Associate at Club for Growth. Adam holds a degree from the University of Delaware and has attended Widener University Schools of Law.
