Jeff Wilson

Jeff Wilson is a seasoned talent acquisition leader currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Earnin since December 2022. Prior to this role, Jeff spent nearly eight years at Amazon, where responsibilities included heading recruitment for Amazon Music and overseeing talent for various digital entertainment brands. Other notable positions include Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner at Provide Commerce and Recruiting Manager at ACTIVE Network, leading teams and global recruitment efforts. Jeff's extensive career also encompasses roles in sales and technical recruiting, beginning as a Territory Manager at eEye Digital Security and St. Bernard Software, and progressing through various recruiting positions at organizations such as Fairway Technologies and Eastridge Infotech. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Economics from UC Santa Barbara.
