Kevin Chen is an experienced Android Developer currently working at Earnin since October 2021. Previously, Kevin served as a Mobile Developer at Best Buy Canada, where responsibilities included migrating the shopping app to React Native and developing features to achieve parity with the native app. Kevin's experience also includes maintaining an Android application for Eventbase, serving as a Technical Product Specialist to configure mobile applications, and developing a prototype Android application during a Technology Apprenticeship at AKQA. Early in Kevin's career, a co-op position as a Junior Systems Developer at Natural Resources Canada involved assisting in the development of the National Forest Information System. Kevin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Software Engineering from Simon Fraser University, earned between 2010 and 2016.
