Kyle George

Kyle George currently serves as the National Political Director and Associate General Counsel (Litigation) at EarnIn, and is a Professor of Practice at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, focusing on public policy and law. Prior to his current roles, Kyle was Head of Regulatory & Government Affairs at SoLo Funds, where regulatory issues were managed for a B-Corp Certified fintech startup. Kyle also held the position of First Assistant Attorney General in the Nevada Attorney General's Office, contributing significantly to legal and policy matters while managing a large team of attorneys. Additional experience includes serving as General Counsel to Nevada's Governor, District Director for a U.S. Congressman, and Chief Deputy District Attorney. Kyle holds a JD from Georgetown University Law Center and a PhD in Chemistry from UNLV, among other academic credentials.
