Ram Palaniappan

Ram Palaniappan is the CEO and founder of Earnin, a company that allows users to cash their paper checks for free. Ram has over 20 years of experience in the payments industry and has revolutionized the way people access their money. Prior to Earnin, Ram was the president of UniRush, LLC, where they oversaw the development and launch of RushCard, one of the first prepaid cards that allowed users to cash their paper checks for free. Ram has also held positions at LogicTools, Reflect.com, and KSA Technopak. Ram is a thought leader in the payments industry and their work has helped millions of people access their money in a more convenient and affordable way.

Ram Palaniappan studied at the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani where they received their MMS. Ram then went on to study at Purdue University Krannert School of Management and earned their MBA.
