Stephanie R.

Stephanie R. is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) across various sectors. Currently serving as FP&A Director of Growth at EarnIn since September 2023, Stephanie leads finance for user and commercial growth, partnerships, marketing, and new product development. Previously, as Head of Google Pay International FP&A from March 2015 to May 2023, Stephanie established a global FP&A team managing over $400 million in annual investments for the APAC and EMEA markets. Other notable positions include Global Marketing Finance Lead at Google and International Senior Finance Manager at ESPN, where strategic financial planning and forecasting were key responsibilities. Stephanie began her career at General Mills as a Senior Financial Analyst and has a strong educational background with a B.A. in Economics from Yale University, an MBA in General Management from USC Marshall School of Business, and additional studies at the University of St.Gallen.
