Ron Yaniv

Ron Yaniv is an experienced Human Resources executive with a diverse background in multinational corporations. They have held significant roles, including Vice President of Worldwide Human Resources at Marvell Semiconductor and Senior VP of Human Resources at Teva Pharmaceuticals. With a proven record in leading global HR strategies, managing talent acquisition, and overseeing compensation and benefits, Ron has consistently contributed to organizational transformations and cultural changes. Currently, they are the Head of Total Rewards at Earnix, further leveraging their extensive expertise in HR. Ron holds an MBA from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and multiple degrees from the University of Haifa, including an MA in Actuaries.
