"Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world; indeed, it's the only thing that ever has." (Margaret Mead, American anthropologist, 1901-1978)

Earth 3.0 is an international non-profit organisation working with communities, governments, academia, civil society, development partners, investors, and innovators to build more inclusive, equitable, and resilient digital futures.
Earth 3.0 advances sustainable digital transformation and the ethical development, governance, and application of artificial intelligence to strengthen technological, economic, and cultural sovereignty. We champion digital equity and digital justice, helping ensure that communities—particularly in low- and middle-income countries—can participate meaningfully in and benefit from technological progress.
Our efforts are centred around:
• Building inclusive digital ecosystems, infrastructure, services, and platforms that empower communities;
• Advancing responsible and people-centred artificial intelligence, digital governance, and innovation including promoting local languages, cultures, and knowledge systems through ethical and culturally contextualised technologies;
• Strengthening skills, knowledge, research, education, and future-ready workforce development;
• Designing innovative finance, investment, and partnership models that support sustainable and inclusive development.
Through partnership, co-creation, research, capacity building, and ecosystem design, Earth 3.0 works toward a future where technology serves people, strengthens local ownership, and creates lasting prosperity for present and future generations.
We are demonstrating this every day with Pan-African Coalition for Sustainable Digital transformation (#PC4DT) – a movement of over 150 participants from 27 African countries and growing. Established, nurtured and accelerated by Earth 3.0. Moreover, our collaboration with #IEEE and #IEEE Africa

Earth 3.0 ETS is headquartered in Rome, Italy.
