Community Manager at Sustainability in Natural Resources Community of Practice

I am thrilled to serve as the Community Manager for the Sustainability in Natural Resources Community of Practice. Our community is a vibrant network of professionals and individuals who share a deep passion for promoting sustainability in natural resource management.

At the heart of our community is a shared commitment to creating a more sustainable and resilient future. We strive to achieve this by advocating for sustainable practices and lifestyles, fostering environmental stewardship, and driving community development through effective natural resource management.

As a member of our community, you will gain access to a dynamic platform for connection, collaboration, and knowledge sharing. Our diverse membership spans various disciplines, including ecology, engineering, conservation, social science, and policy. Together, we work towards a common goal of promoting sustainable and self-reliant practices that benefit the environment, communities, and future generations.

I am proud to share that, to date, our community has successfully reduced 24,000 tons of greenhouse gas emissions across 29 organizations, leading to significant cost savings and contributing to their sustainability efforts. We are proud partners of the Earth Carbon Foundation, which has been instrumental in helping organizations achieve their net-zero targets.
