We are India’s 1st Real Estate Tech and sustainability-focused venture capital fund backed by an industry leader. We partner with early-stage startups which are looking to propel RE Tech or protect the environment, with a strong emphasis on sustainability.

We often come in as the first institutional investor and look to partner with startups between Seed to Series A stages. With ~2 decades experience of having built and funded multiple businesses, and supported by India's foremost real estate prop development group, we are enthusiastic about collaborating with tech-first founders driven by a passion to transform the Real Estate industry.

Our focus lies in partnering with startups navigating the crucial Seed to Series A stages. We work not merely as financiers, but as collaborative partners, prepared to guide founders from the conceptual stages to substantial growth.

Let's create a future where innovation meets responsibility, and progress aligns with sustainability.
