Most sitework problems aren’t discovered until construction.
By then, they’re expensive.

Earth Tek helps developers and builders uncover those issues early—so better decisions are made before grading, pricing, or construction begins.

Most teams bring us in during due diligence or early acquisition to validate assumptions before they turn into cost exposure.

We break down how a site actually balances—and why.

Not just quantities, but clarity on:

- whether the site truly works as planned
- what assumptions are driving outcomes
- how design changes impact earthwork
- where cost risk may be hiding

Because most grading issues don’t come from execution—they come from unchecked assumptions:

- early plans that don’t reflect final conditions
- changes that quietly shift the dirt picture
- contractor inputs built to protect margin
- decisions made on incomplete information

When those variables are tested early, everything changes:

- problems are identified sooner
- costs are better understood
- decisions are made with confidence

Our approach is simple:
identify variables, test assumptions, and create clarity around what it means.

The deliverable isn’t just numbers.

It’s visibility that drives better decisions.
