Head of Hardware Engineering at Earth

Chris Harry's work experience includes a range of roles in various companies. From 2006 to 2008, they worked at Kenworth Truck Co. as an Associate Design Engineer and later as a Design Engineer, where they led the design and development of new export truck models. From 2008 to 2014, they continued to work at Kenworth Truck Co. in different positions, such as Systems Integrator, Senior Design Engineer, Senior Liaison Engineer, and Supervisor of the Sustaining Electrical team. During these roles, they managed projects, supervised teams, and provided support for production and quality issues. From 2013 to 2016, they also served as a Committee Member at the Arboretum Foundation and as a Core Electrical Manager at Kenworth Truck Co. In 2016, they became the Director of Engineering at Paccar India, where they led a team of engineers and provided support for grant-funded programs. In 2019, they joined Kenworth Truck Co. again as the Manager of Advanced Development, responsible for developing hydrogen fuel cell heavy-duty electric trucks. In 2019, they also became a Board Member at the Washington Park Arboretum Foundation and chaired the committee organizing the Seattle Flower and Garden Show Opening Night Party. In 2020, they transitioned to Rad Power Bikes as a Senior Engineering Manager and later as the Director of Hardware Engineering. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Hardware Engineering at Earth.

Chris Harry attended Seattle University from 2002 to 2005, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE).
