Marcus Clements

Marcus Clements is a seasoned data scientist and software engineer with extensive experience in various roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as the Lead Data Scientist at Earth since February 2024, Clements previously led R&D software initiatives at BlockDox, where responsibilities included product development, data science, and team leadership in innovative projects involving IoT infrastructure and insights dashboards. Early career roles encompass AI research and consulting at MXCog, software engineering at Factmata and Red Bee Media, as well as significant contributions as a software architect and development lead at Brightonart Ltd and ITV. Clements holds a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence from the University of Hertfordshire, along with a Higher National Certificate in Software Engineering.
