Robert Bain has extensive experience in the horticulture and agricultural sectors, having held key management roles across several organizations. After a brief tenure as Production Manager/Grower at Spectrum Therapeutics, Robert served as Nursery Capital Projects Manager at Driscoll's from May 2020 to March 2023. Subsequently, Robert took on the role of General Manager - Horticulture at Rombola Family Farms Pty Ltd from March 2023 to June 2024. Prior to this, Robert worked as Soft Fruit Manager at Burlington Berries Limited from January 2016 to January 2020. Currently, Robert is engaged as Senior Project Manager at Earthbanc, starting in September 2024.
