Dave Ebertz

Tier II Support

Dave Ebertz has extensive experience in telecommunications, with roles spanning from August 1993 to March 2009 across several companies. As a SERT Engineer at AT&T, responsibilities included provisioning T1 and DS3 circuits and conducting quality assurance testing. Transitioning to EarthLink Business, Dave served as a Tier II Support specialist focused on resolving escalations affecting business services and also held the role of NOC Technician for troubleshooting voice and data networks. In a prior position at EarthLink Business, Dave worked as a Systems Engineer, managing telecommunications projects and capacity planning. Earlier experience at Frontier Communications involved monitoring alarm systems and dispatching technicians to ensure network reliability. Dave Ebertz holds a CCNA Voice certification and is currently pursuing a CCNP Voice, complemented by a degree in Business Management from Monroe Community College.
