Terry Schmidt

Terry Schmidt has a strong background in engineering and mining, with experience ranging from owning and operating coal mines to serving as a Vice President in various engineering firms. Currently, Schmidt serves as the President at Musser Engineering, Inc. and as the Vice President of Engineering at EARTHRES. With expertise in strategic planning, project management, and team building, Schmidt has demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills throughout their career. Schmidt holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Mining Engineering from Penn State University.
