Brian B.

Brian B. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. From 1995 to 2005, they worked as an Agricultural Producer at Bingham Ranch LLC, where they managed a diversified production agricultural business involving small grains, hay crops, and a commercial cow/calf operation.

In 2006, they joined D'Arcy Echols & Co. as a Custom Rifle Builder and held this position until 2014.

Since 2014, Brian has been with EarthSoft, starting as a Product Team Coordinator and being promoted to Software Product Team Manager in November 2021. In March 2023, they transitioned to the role of Director of Product Support. In these positions, they led a diverse team of 17 members and was responsible for the development and support of environmental data management and visualization software using Agile methodology. Brian served as a Scrum leader and was highly skilled in managing the team's operations efficiently.

Brian B. completed their Bachelor of Science degree in International Business at Montana State University-Bozeman from 1991 to 1995. In 2005 to 2006, they pursued Gunsmithing/Gunsmith studies at Trinidad State College. Before attending college, Brian graduated from Choteau High School from 1988 to 1991.
