Lyle Afrika is an experienced ICT Consultant at EarthStream, a technology and engineering recruiting specialist since July 2013. In this role, Lyle has contributed to various aspects of recruitment, initially as a Specialist Recruiter focusing on the oil and gas sectors in the MENA region, later advancing to Team Leader of the Campaign Delivery Team in Cape Town, which supports large-scale campaigns within the natural energy sector. Prior to joining EarthStream, Lyle worked as an Administrator at O'Dwyer Personnel, providing essential administrative support to recruiters. Lyle holds a Bachelor of Social Science degree in Psychology and Social Anthropology from the University of Cape Town, obtained between 2004 and 2007, and is a graduate of La Rochelle Girl's High School.
