Erin Doppke, MS. Ed., has extensive experience in instructional design and corporate training, holding key positions in various organizations. At Cengage, from July 2016 to February 2021, Erin managed a team of Instructional Designers, standardizing content development processes and increasing operational efficiency. Prior experience includes serving as an Independent Contractor from 1999 to December 2015, where Erin provided design and training for numerous clients, and as Instructional Design Manager at Productivity Point Learning Solutions from July 1995 to October 1999, leading a team to create custom training for Fortune 500 clients. In a subsequent role at Cengage Group from October 2022 to May 2025, Erin directed over 120 learning professionals and managed product quality for significant sales volumes. Currently, Erin serves as the Chief Learning Officer at Ease Learning, responsible for leading Learning Experience Design Services.
