Fred Bruno

Fred Bruno is the Vice President of Operations for Thrive’s New York office. He is a seasoned technology veteran in the financial industry with over 20 years of experience managing complex technology operations.

Most recently, Fred served as the Chief Operating Officer at S7 Technology Group before the company was acquired by Thrive in 2021.

At S7, Fred managed the day-to-day operations at S7, overseeing policies and procedures, organization efficiencies, and ensuring that S7 meets the highest level of standards in delivering exceptional client services.

Prior to joining S7 Technology Group, Fred was a Managing Director at Sandler O’Neill, a full-service investment banking firm, where he was instrumental in developing and overseeing the technology operations and initiatives.
