John Manley

John is responsible for overseeing all of the Technical Service Delivery and Account Management at Thrive NY. His primary focus is to ensure that resources are aligned with customer expectations and to provide the highest quality of service available. John previously served as President, North America for AdaptiveID (a ViewDS company) playing a key role in the direction and development of their Identity and Access Management solution. Previously, John served as a senior leader for an MSP serving the SMB market for almost 10 years.

John has over 20 years of technical experience holding CISSP and CCSP certifications in security with a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Iowa.
