Rick Ribas

Rick Ribas is the Channel Chief of Channels and Alliances at Thrive. He is responsible for growing Thrive’s channel partner footprint and partnerships.

As an experienced, high-integrity, senior executive and well-known business leader in the technology sector, Rick founded one of the first Master Agents, now known as Technology Distributors, Online Telecommunications, in 1987.

Since then, he has established a successful career as a senior executive in the technology distributor/channel space, most notably managing the growth of the global channel for Intelisys for 10 years and playing a key role in the sale to ScanSource, a $4B public company. Rick later went on as SVP of Global Channels and Alliances at LogMeIn, a $1.4B SaaS company where he led a global team of 110. He also served as SVP of FusionConnect where he rebuilt the channel program including leadership, support, and operations.

In 2017 Rick was named a CRN “Top Channel Chief” and has earned numerous accolades throughout his career. He’s considered a top expert in the channel and has appeared and presented on many panels, articles, and webcasts including Channel Futures, Channel Partners, Top Gun show, CRN, ChannelPro, Channel Vision, and PRN.
