With experience at EaseMyTrip.com as the Vice President of Quality and Training, Patricia has delivered projects in various verticals and is actively involved in defining quality frameworks. Prior to this, Patricia worked at Meru Cab Company Pvt. Ltd as an Assistant Manager. Patricia also holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Mumbai and completed IATA Training for Travel and Exploration.
