Dalmita Carvalho has a diverse work experience across different companies and roles. Dalmita started their career in 2012 at Vsourz, where they held various positions including Business Development Intern, Business Development Associate, Project Manager, User Experience Consultant, Account Manager, and finally Design Director. Dalmita worked at Vsourz until 2021 when they joined moonstride as a Customer Success Manager, a product vertical of Vsourz Group. At moonstride, Dalmita was responsible for modernizing legacy systems and simplifying workflow for tour and travel operators. In 2021, they joined Easol as a Customer Success Manager and later transitioned into the role of Senior Implementation Manager in 2023. Dalmita's work experience highlights their expertise in customer success management, design, project management, and business development.

Dalmita Carvalho completed their education with a Bachelor of Science degree in Multimedia Technology and Design from the University of Kent, where they studied from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, they attended Dartford Grammar Girls School from 2007 to 2009 and obtained their A-Levels in Mathematics, Media Studies, Economics, and English Literature. Dalmita had their high school education at St Catherine's School for Girls from 2002 to 2007, earning 10 GCSEs A*-B, including Maths, English, and Science. Additionally, they obtained various certifications such as Customer Success Management Fundamentals from LinkedIn in January 2021, Introduction to MEDDIC from MEDDIC Academy in June 2020, Key Account Management from LinkedIn in December 2019, Sales: Customer Success from LinkedIn in November 2019, and Cert Prep: PRINCE2™ Foundation and Practitioner from LinkedIn in July 2018.
