East Coast Studio produces podcasts for universities, industry bodies and government agencies across Australia.
We've made shows for ANU, Monash, INSEAD, NSW Ambulance and REIQ, among others, and our productions sit in the collections of The British Library and the Australian National Film & Sound Archive. Bloodlines to Country won at the 2024 Australian Podcast Awards and picked up a First Nations Media Award. Cassette Culture was a finalist at the 2025 Independent Podcast Awards.

Every show is led by producer Martin Franklin, who spent 20 years in the UK arts and culture sector before launching East Coast Studio in Australia. Clients get one producer who knows their show end to end, not a rotating roster of editors.
We handle the planning, recording, editing and distribution, and we're just as comfortable guiding a first-time host through their nerves as we are running a season for an institution with decades of reputation to protect.

If your organisation is weighing up whether a podcast is worth doing properly, that's exactly the conversation we like to have.
