Andrew Hodgkins is an experienced educator currently serving as a 1st and 2nd Grade Teacher at Breakwater School since September 2016 and as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at East Harlem Tutorial Program since June 2016. With a background at The Calhoun School, Andrew has held multiple roles including Third Grade Teacher, First Grade Head Teacher, and Associate Teacher for 4-year-olds since January 2011. Prior to teaching, Andrew worked in various roles in the coffee industry, including as a Barista at Gorilla Coffee and a Shift Lead at Peet's Coffee & Tea. Andrew holds a Master's degree in Childhood Education from Hunter College and a Bachelor of Arts in Music Performance with a minor in Economics from the University of Southern Maine.
