Danielle Del Valle is an experienced educator and administrator with over 20 years in NYC public and charter high schools, focusing on enhancing student achievement through teacher development and pedagogical advancement. Currently serving as the Senior Director of School Culture and Family Engagement at East Harlem Tutorial Program, Danielle works with school leaders to implement network-wide culture systems that support anti-racist practices. Previously, Danielle held various leadership roles, including Academic Director at Earl Monroe New Renaissance Basketball Charter School and Assistant Principal at New Visions for Public Schools. Danielle earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature and Art from Binghamton University, a Master of Science in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from CUNY, and an Educational Leadership Certificate from Stony Brook University.
