Scott Snowden, M.S.Ed, is an experienced educator currently serving as an Inclusive Learning Teacher at the East Harlem Tutorial Program since August 2020, providing Special Education Services in a co-teaching environment. Prior roles include Assistant Summer Camp Director at the YMCA, teacher at Ascend Public Charter Schools where responsibilities included teaching Hip-Hop electives and founding the 6th grade Social Studies curriculum, and Special Education Teacher with the NYC Department of Education.
