East Side Therapy is a small team of psychotherapists here to guide you by providing the safe container of psychotherapy sessions, connecting you with additional resources, and recommending appropriate outside referrals for a well-rounded and holistic experience.

Our goal is to not only effectively reduce symptoms, but also to facilitate the creation of a strong relationship with yourself and your inner world. We provide affirming, culturally-attuned, trauma-informed care utilizing an integrative approach. We believe that therapy can be a transformative experience when it is co-created and tailored to each individual, couple, or family.

At East Side Therapy, we embrace a holistic and integrative approach to therapy, meticulously tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. Recognizing you as a whole person—not just a set of symptoms—is fundamental to our philosophy. Our therapists engage with you human-to-human, grounding our relationship in empathy and mutual respect before anything else. We aim to provide a space that is safe and inclusive to all cultures, bodies, orientations, ages and abilities.

By integrating effective skill-building and behavior change strategies with our depth-oriented focus, we aim to foster enduring change that resonates on a foundational level. Our goal is to empower you to navigate life's challenges with resilience and self-awareness, cultivating a fulfilling and balanced life.

At East Side Therapy, we are dedicated to walking this path with you, every step of the way.
