Michael Tonelli

Mr. Tonelli serves as Director of Accounting for Easterly Government Properties.

Mr. Tonelli holds ten years of experience, including seven years in public accounting in the REIT sector. He joined Easterly in August 2021 where he served as Accounting Manager until February 2023. Prior to joining Easterly, Mr. Tonelli was part of the financial reporting and technical analysis team at JBG Smith where he facilitated the transition to a public company during their IPO. Prior to that, he was part of the financial reporting and corporate team at First Potomac Realty Trust. He began his career at Baker Tilly, where he worked in the assurance practice, specializing in construction and real estate.

Mr. Tonelli earned his Masters in Professional Accountancy and BSBA from West Virginia University.
