Troy Willis

Troy Willis, J.D., CFA, currently serves as Co-Head of Easterly ROC Municipals at Easterly Asset Management since October 2024. Prior to this role, Troy Willis was the Chief Investment Officer for Municipal Strategies at Principal Street Partners from January 2021 to October 2024. Troy Willis’s extensive experience in finance includes serving as a Senior Portfolio Manager at OppenheimerFunds from May 2002 to June 2020 and as In-House Counsel for Commercial Real Estate Developers at Southern Resource Group from June 1999 to July 2001. Troy Willis holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from the University of Rochester - Simon Business School and a J.D. in Corporate Law from West Virginia University College of Law, along with a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from West Virginia University.
