Liam Kearney

Liam Kearney has a diverse work experience. Since 2021, they have been the Staff Solutions Engineer at Eastern Communications Ltd., providing solutions for public safety and mission critical design services for Land Mobile Radio communication systems. In this role, they manage and leads competitive proposal efforts across Utility, Public Safety, Transportation and Federal oppurtunities, develops preliminary engineering system designs, generates customer quotations and proposals, leads technical solution presentations, researches and responds to technical product inquiries, assists with product demonstrations, and develops and maintains pre-sales engineering resources (proposals, drawings, tools, etc.). In 2021, they also assumed the role of President of Friends of Navy Hockey Inc. Prior to this, from 2013 to 2021, they served as a Surface Warfare Officer in the US Navy. In this role, they were primarily responsible for 35 Operation Specialists in the training and daily management of tasks to ensure that a Capital Ship was ready to perform when called upon, and also for 19 Sonar Technicians in the training and maintenance of all Sonar Equipment.

Liam Kearney attended the United States Naval Academy from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering.
