Al Steven

Al Steven possesses extensive experience in the technology and support sectors, currently serving as a System Administrator and previously as a Help Desk Specialist at Imagine One Technology & Management, Ltd. since May 2018 and October 2017, respectively. Al also works as a Support Engineer at Eastern Data, Inc. and has been engaged with CCG Systems as both a Software Support/Fleet Consultant and Technical Consultant since January 2003. The professional expertise includes customer support, database and data management, process review, fleet consultations, end-user training, and feature implementation. Al holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology from the State University of New York College at Potsdam.
