Luis Rivera

Luis Rivera serves as the Director of Service Delivery at Eastern DataComm, overseeing large-scale cloud, cybersecurity, and network infrastructure projects in enterprise and public sector environments. With a robust background in project and program management, Luis previously held the position of Project/Program Manager II at RapidScale, managing various IaaS and related services. Prior experience at Ciena involved supervising project managers and significantly contributing to cost savings for the company. Luis's career also includes roles as a Technical Project Manager at Connexion Technologies, Service Delivery Manager at Nortel Networks, and Network Surveillance Engineer at Verizon Business, among others. Luis holds degrees in Applied Project Management and Lean Six Sigma from Villanova University and in Network Engineering from Wake Technical Community College.
