Founded in 1999, Eastern Effects is one of the largest mid-market providers of sound stages, lighting and grip equipment rentals, and virtual production to the New York City Metro Area's Film and Television production industry.

With over 100,000 square feet of studios and warehouse on both sides of the Hudson River, Eastern Effects' mission is to provide service that exceeds our customers' expectations, deliver studios and equipment of only the highest quality, and sustain a business founded on accountability, integrity, and good communication.

Our Equipment Services division has supported over 20,000 productions, including feature films, episodic television, commercials, corporate & industrial videos, student films, reality television and live broadcasts.
