Jordan Mrazek

Jordan Mrazek has extensive experience in various roles within the technology industry. Starting in 1996, Jordan worked as the Manager of Technical Services at RVM Inc., where they were responsible for planning, production, and quality control of data projects for NYC litigation firms. They also implemented and administered a Windows NT and Lotus Notes based network.

In 2000, Jordan joined Lindblad Expeditions as the Network Manager. In this role, they managed corporate Novell NetWare and Microsoft NT LAN/WAN, internet, and email resources. They also researched, tested, and implemented passenger email systems on vessels and replaced crucial servers with no downtime.

In 2001, Jordan became the Director of Consulting Services at Technology Engineers & Architects, LLC. Their responsibilities included providing technology consulting services to clients in various industries, troubleshooting, disaster recovery planning, and application development. They were also relied upon by larger clients to represent their needs to outside vendors.

Finally, since 2011, Jordan has served as the Director of Information Technology at Eastern Millwork Inc. They were tasked with improving the overall process of production, assembly, and installation of thousands of unique products.

Jordan Mrazek attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 1989 to 1991. During this time, they studied Computer Science & English but did not obtain a degree.
