Eastledge Limited: Commercial Interiors Specialists Since 1986

Eastledge is a full-service commercial interiors contractor delivering ceilings, partitions, drylining and complete fit-out across the United Kingdom. Founded in Derby in 1986 and trading continuously for four decades, we bring stability, technical discipline and a proven delivery record to every project.

We provide a single accountable contract from first fix through to handover. Our disciplines span suspended ceilings, specialist metal and timber ceiling systems, acoustic rafts, baffles and panelling, partitions, glazed and demountable systems, fire-rated assemblies, drylining, taping and jointing, hygienic cladding, ceramic tiling, and complete Cat A and Cat B fit-out.

What sets us apart is our dedicated team. Every fixer, supervisor and finisher is our own, with no rotated subcontract chains or unfamiliar agency labour. The operatives who mobilise on day one are the ones who hand over. CSCS cards are held as standard, with supervisors holding SSSTS as a minimum and SMSTS where required.

We work across education, healthcare, retail, automotive, industrial, leisure, office and cultural sectors, environments where performance standards are enforced and programme discipline is non-negotiable. Recent projects include Aston University Students' Union, the University of Nottingham, the British Geological Survey and Barnsley College, with live-occupation work in partially operational buildings handled as routine.

We are accredited to CHAS Advanced and Constructionline Gold, hold SSIP and Social Value certification, and are confirmed approved installers with Zentia, AMF, Ecophon and Rockfon.

Operating from our Derby base, we deliver nationwide, from London to Glasgow, through long-standing relationships with leading principal contractors.
